About Earl Lawrence:

Hi there! My name is Earl Lawrence Bumagat Antolin, and I am currently a student at the University of Rochester studying Digital Media and minoring in Business and Studio Arts. I am based in Los Angeles, CA and consider myself a big creative!  My passion in marketing and visual communications began when I was introduced to Canva and designed my first graphic in high school. Since then, I grew my skills in design, public relations, and project management. I love the relationship-building aspect and meeting new people part of this career that I aspire to be in. As a people person, I also have the initiative to delegate tasks and lead projects and teams to execute goals. I would describe myself as a hardworking, goal-setting, and passionate individual who is willing to take on challenges and create a positive impact in spaces that I find myself in. 

 

 Having experiences working on campus and from outside organizations, I have simultaneously managed many social media accounts, created hundreds of graphics, and spearheaded multiple projects and campaigns.  My approaches in different communications projects begins with utilizing the organization’s brand and style toolkit, offering spaces for team members to be involved, researching trends that work, and getting a second eye in steps of the way. In team settings, I hone in on my interpersonal skills and build a comfortable and respectful team dynamic, utilzing and delegating everyone’s special skills and being a helping hand. In a professional workspace, I am dedicated to fostering relationships, learning new skills, and growing and thriving with my team.
